MOHD ARIF, MANAGER

The basic aim of establishing this institution is to educate those rural poor girls upto intermediate class who can not afford to go to big towns to get education above junior classes. We have endeavoured successfully to do this job by not only providing quality education but also at affordable cost. The result of Board’s exam has been inspiring in terms of percentage of successful students that we produce every year. Our result in High School and Intermediate has been consistently around 100% for the last three years. This year, the highest percentage of marks of a high school girl was around 88%. We are trying to put our best efforts to take this percentage above 90% not only in High school but also in Intermediate. This, as you would agree, requires quality education with quality and skilled teaching staff and an ideal atmosphere in the school campus. To achieve this, first thing that we need is qualified post graduate teachers for our intermediate students. Currently, we can not think of getting a post graduate good Science teacher in less than Rs.15000/per month. At present we are giving Rs.5000-7000 to our teachers, but our most of the science teachers are only graduates and of course they are in the process of completing their master’s degree with their jobs. In short we will have to spend extra 5 thousand per teacher per month to get quality teachers and then only able to achieve our aim. This means about 4.00 lakh per year is minimum need to bring the school in its natural functioning.

Here it is also necessary to mention that our school is a private school but have UP BOARD’S recognition for High School and Intermediate Examination. It has separate recognition for Intermediate science also. We have separate labs for Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and a big hall for computer study. But we get no assistance from up government and right from beginning we are committed to provide education to rural poor girls on very cheaper rate. So we can not increase our fee structure and at the same time want to improve our quality of education.
Now we have launched our new website in which every detail such as its recognition, fee structure, its administrative Executive Committee and its High School and Intermediate result with candidates name, roll no. and percentage of marks all Clearly given.
One more thing to mention here is this MIGIC is from KG class to Intermediate class and the present total strength of students is about 750. We run the school from Kg classes to 5th class in English medium.
So we request to our all readers through website, whatsapp and magazine to help it financially for this noble cause so that a better and quality education may be provided to our rural poor girls who are not in a position to go to big towns for their study.
Anyone may help the institution by giving advertisements to our magazine or as a donation to the needy school.
